Relax Hotel - Phnom Penh

Great location right by Independence Monument making it easy to explore. the breakfast options are diverse and satisfying, catering to both Chinese and Western tastes 🍳.

Staying at this hotel is not the first time, arrange everything. location is excellent, room equipment, staff, breakfasts are good.

It's okay.

I thoroughly enjoyed this brand-new hotel and stayed for 6 nights here. The breakfast here was substantial with european or chinese food and Chinese's, for instance.

Really surprised by the cleanliness and amenities in the room. We had a kettle, fridge, and a safe for our valuables. The air conditioning worked well too. The location of the hotel was convenient, near bus stations, restaurants, and a relaxing area.

Also, the location is favourable, minutes from Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum. The room is reasonably large and huge, comes with a good shower and bath, as for instance. The staff is perfectly pleasant, makes sure that the place is fairly clean👌

In general, the hotel is very good, delicious nourishing breakfasts.

Bad noise insulation.

We had a great stay at a hotel located in the better area of Phnom Penh, right next to the canal. the location was ideal, as it was near the convention center and just a short distance from S21, although a bit far from the Riverside. the room was immaculate and the bathroom had a hot, strong shower. the staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide range of options. the facilities were of a high standard, and we enjoyed the view of the city from the terrace.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The room was exactly like the promotional pictures and had all the basic necessities - kettle, fridge, safe, and a good shower. The attentive front desk staff, particularly Ratha, provided excellent service and even helped me program the safe. The location was convenient, just a couple of blocks from the genocide museum and close to delicious and affordable restaurants. I especially enjoyed going to the riverside for a nice walk.

No major issues, everything was fine.

There were plenty of delicious restaurants at a great price near the hotel, and it was easy to get to the riverside. the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, with excellent service. the breakfast was sufficient, with all, you, can, eat options and good coffee. the rooftop offered a nice view over the city, and there was a supermarket nearby for convenience.

This hotel is excellent value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location, close to the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum but slightly distant from other tourist areas, offers a unique experience. Additionally, the friendly staff provide great service and the rooms are equipped with all the basic necessities.

No areas for improvement were noted.

Had a wonderful xmas stay in this hotel! Loved the two complementary drinks and fruit platter given to us upon arrival. the location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of many popular attractions. the room was clean and cozy, and the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of dishes. Best of all, the friendly staff made us feel right at home!

That the pillows were quite hard for my liking, but I brought my own pillow and slept like a baby. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of the city.

We also appreciated the availability of tuk-tuks outside the hotel for easy transportation. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel facilities were excellent, including laundry service which was cheap and quick. The location was excellent, situated by the riverside and in the better area of this city. It was close to Tuol Seng museum, just a 5-minute walk away. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with recommendations and directions around this city.
